Plot- 2 men in a garage one is held hostage(fugitive) on a chair handcuffed, the other in a suit(Authority agent not made obvious) holding a gun interrogating the man, man on chair keeps face out of view and blurred (possibly shot from behind the hostage). Cuts to flashback of man in chair earlier on strapping a gun to his body(blurred). cuts back, man on chair looks up at man in suit and grins sinisterly screen turns black and a single gunshot is heard.
